Type-FBR rotary shaft lip seal has unidirectional right-handed backflow ditch. Both seals have dust lips and good stopping properties. Scope of application: the sealing of high velocity shaft with close radical tolerances.

Type-BR rotary shaft lip seal has unidirectional right-handed backflow ditch for clockwise rotary shaft. Both seals have no dust lips but have smaller frictional torsional moment and good stopping properties.

(Click the picture to enlarge) Type-W metal cased rotary shaft single lip seal has no dust lip. Type-FW metal cased rotary shaft double lips seal has dust lip. When working, both have smaller frictional torsional moment , good stopping properties and conducting properties. Scope of application: the sealing of medium or low velocity shaft . Working medium: oil or grease.

Type-FWB rotary shaft lip seal has stopping wavy line on the out assemble face with double lips. Both are easy to be assembled. Scope of application: the sealing of medium or low velocity shaft. Working medium: oil or grease.

Type- BR rotary shaft lip seal has double lips and bidirectional backflow ditch for anticlockwise or clockwise rotary shaft. Both seals are not harsh to radial palpitation(≤0.25mm) and have cooling and stopping properties.

Some suggestions for resemble of rotary shaft lip seals： 1,The housing dimensions and tolerance should be controlled as per GB9877.1-88,GB9877.2-88, GB9877.3-88 2,The shaft material, hardness, tolerance, roughness are very important, we recommended as follows: a, The ideal material for shaft: carbon steel, alloy steel; but the casting steel and aluminum are not ideal to be made rotary shaft, b, The recommended hardness of the shaft: HRC35 ～ 55； C, The recommended dimensional tolerance : h8～h7； d, The recommended roughness:1.6 ～ 0.8μm: 3, The customer should provide nominal dimensions of outside diameter, inside diameter and thickness and indicate the operating mode :such as working temperature, pressure, medium. we will design the oil seal in accordance with working conditions.
